What is the delivery lead time?
For stocked items, please allow 2-4 days. For non-stocked items please allow 30 days curing time for concrete products.

How much does freight cost?

Where can I see a sample?
We can courier small samples direct to you! Please narrow down your decision to 2-3 products. We highly recommend that you visit your nearest DIY stores to view displays. These are mostly located at the garden centre end of the store.

Do you have showhomes or displays?
Yes we have many showhomes NZ wide. Please call for a list of addresses. Our products are displayed and stocked in most reputable DIY stores NZ wide.

Do you have approved installers?

What guarantee do you offer?
Lifetime warranty (100 years) for Premier Schist, Lifetime warranty (50 years) for Premier Brick, 10 year warranty for Premier Pavers and Premier Block.

How do I obtain a quote for products and/or installation?

Can I buy direct from Premier Group?
Please note that we cannot sell directly to retail customers but we will help you with samples, questions, technical advice etc. When you are ready to purchase, simply take your quote to your nearest Mitre 10 store to place your order. It is also important to note that the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) that we quote may differ from store to store.

Will there be colour variation in the brick or mortar?
Yes, there will always be some colour variation, especially in the mortar due to the many variables eg. moisture, temperature etc. Please also expect more variation in colours such as Ash.

Will there be scratches on my Rumbled bricks?
Yes there will be scratching/marks on the face of the bricks caused by the rumbling process. This all adds to the weathered, timeless appeal of rumbled edge brick. Some marks will weather away over time.

Do I need to seal my Premier Bricks?
No, it is not recommended. With the Charcoal colours, you will notice some fading over time and you may choose to acid wash and seal these colours 12 months after installation. This will reduce fading etc.

How many sizes & colours do you have?
24 designer colours & 5 stylish sizes. The Estate and Mansion bricks are only available in straight edge, all other brick sizes available in straight edge or rumbled edge.

Is there an extra cost for rumbled edge bricks?
No! We offer them at the same price to make it simple for you!

Do you supply sand, cement, oxides & brick ties?
Yes we do. We supply white cement, grey cement & all oxides if you require coloured mortar. We also supply top quality mortar sand in bulk 1 tonne bags. Pre-mixed bagged mortar is also available in 30 kg bags.

Should I use coloured mortar?
The darker brick colours require this. Please see the Premier Brick Manual for more info. For White & Soapstone colours we recommend that you use our white cement in the mortar. For all other colours we recommend natural coloured mortar using our grey cement in the mortar.
