An easy way to enjoy repeat and referral sales is to get Positive Word of Mouth for your business. In other words get other people telling positive things about your business to their friends, family and colleagues.

Derek Sivers started an online business called CD Baby many years ago that sold CD’s from independent musicians.

Derek hired a large number of customer service people for his business and instructed them to answer every phone call within 2 rings or less.

The customers of CD Baby loved being able to phone the business and speak to a real live customer service person who answered the phone in two rings or less. And CD Baby did so well that Derek sold it for 22 million dollars.
